About This Journal

The International Review of Psychiatry & Mental Health is a Taylor & Francis Academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research across the full spectrum of psychiatry, clinical psychology, and mental health services. Aims & Scope

The journal publishes research across all areas of psychiatry and clinical psychology:

• Mood disorders: major depression, bipolar disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and treatment-resistant depression
• Anxiety and related disorders: generalised anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and phobias
• Psychotic disorders: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and early psychosis
• Neurodevelopmental disorders: autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and specific learning disorders
• Addictions: substance use disorders, behavioural addictions, and dual diagnosis
• Eating and feeding disorders: anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder
• Personality disorders and complex trauma
• Psychotherapy and psychological interventions: CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches
• Psychiatric epidemiology: prevalence, incidence, and burden of mental illness
• Global mental health: low- and middle-income country contexts, cultural psychiatry, and service access

Both quantitative research and qualitative studies of clinical relevance are within scope.
