Author Guidelines

Style & Format

OSCOLA footnote citation style is required throughout. Footnotes should be substantive where possible; the use of footnotes purely for citations is discouraged.

Word Limit

Articles: 8,000–12,000 words including footnotes. Shorter notes and comments: 3,000–6,000 words.

Abstract

An unstructured abstract of 150–200 words is required. Keywords (5–8) must be provided.

Originality

Submissions must represent original work not under consideration elsewhere. Authors must confirm this in the cover letter. Work that has been previously presented at conferences is acceptable provided the manuscript has not been published.
