Author Guidelines

Citation Style

Chicago author-date citation style. All references must be complete and consistently formatted. Footnotes should be used sparingly and only for substantive content, not citations.

Word Limit

Research articles: 8,000–11,000 words including notes but excluding references. Research notes: 4,000–6,000 words. Book reviews: 1,500–2,500 words.

Theoretical Framing

Authors should situate their contribution within existing theoretical debates in the field. The journal welcomes work that challenges dominant paradigms, provided the challenge is rigorously argued.
