Reproducibility

All papers must include: (1) public code repository; (2) environment specification; (3) scripts to reproduce every figure and table. Papers that cannot be reproduced will be rejected without review.

Ethical Considerations

A dedicated section must address broader impact, potential misuse, bias, and societal consequences.

Empirical Papers

Report means and standard deviations over multiple random seeds. Comparisons to state-of-the-art baselines are mandatory.
